| We require a minimum 2-night stay over weekends. Quotes are valid for 48 hours. Reservations are handled in Cape Town, as we do not have landlines in the reserve. Please use the "check availability link" as a guide only as we may be able to make adjustments to assist you. |
A 30% deposit is required to secure a booking. The balance of 70% is payable 14 days before arrival. Check in is from 14h00 Checkout at 11h00. Direct deposit, EFT, VISA or MASTER cards accepted. A R1,000 per day ATM is available at the clubhouse. | |||||||
| Cancellation | ||||||||
| Reservations will be released automatically if proof of payment is not received within 48 hours. If you need to cancel your booking 14 to 8 days before arrival, there will be no cancellation fee but you would lose your non-refundable deposit. If you cancel 7 days and less before arrival, you would lose the 70% balance payment. This also applies to guests who depart earlier than the departure date that was booked. We promise to try to reallocate the room to another guest if possible and will refund the 70% if your cancelled room is booked. We recommend that guests take out travel insurance which will cover unforeseen eventualities. |
