| Quotes are valid for 48 hours and reservations will be released automatically if payment is not received within 48 hours. A 30% deposit is required to secure a booking and the balance of 70% is payable 14 days before arrival. Direct deposit, EFT, VISA or MASTER cards are accepted. | |||||||
| Payment and Cancellation Policy : | |||||||
| Payment: • A 30% deposit is required for bookings made 15 days or more before arrival. • Full payment is due 14 days before arrival or if the booking is made 14 days or less before arrival. Cancellations: • Reservations will be released automatically if proof of payment is not received within 48 hours. • Cancellation 15 days or more before arrival will incur a 30% cancellation fee - deposit forfeit. • Cancellation 14 - 8 days before arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee. • Cancellation 7 days or less before arrival will incur a 90% cancellation fee. • Please note that in case of a no show, the cancellation fee is 100% Changes to bookings: • Short term requests for booking date changes (14 days and less) will only be accommodated when a resale of the booked dates have been made. • We recommend that guests take out travel insurance to cover unforeseen eventualities. |
